Star Wars Yoga returns! This is an all levels class and older kids are welcome to join if they can follow along for an hour. If you have a light saber (or swipe one from a kiddo) please bring it with you! Practice your Wookie sounds!! This class is limited in size due to the space needed for Jedi training. Register early to reserve your space!
Yoga for kids was so much fun we’re adding more pop up classes! To register Email email@example.com and include each child’s name and which class you want to register for. If this is their first visit please include their age and your contact information in the email. You will receive an email confirmation when they are registered.
You can now register online for kids yoga. You will register under your name, but attach a note to your booking telling us the child’s name and age. We will add their names to the roster and remove yours.
Payment is in person at the studio. This class is for kiddos only, but you are welcome to hangout in our lobby or next door and relax with some tea or coffee. We will practice mindful breathing exercises, warm up and learn fun yoga poses, play games, and more! Class will end with a short Savasana and a cool aromatherapy towel. Please let us know if your child has any sensitivities to lavender. Investment is $10 per child, or purchase a new Kids Class package 6 classes $54 and classes may be shared with other kids under 12.
We absolutely love Rebecca and she will be returning again in June. We will start with some gentle yoga then settle in for a guided meditation and sound healing. This event has sold out the last two times so make your reservations early. Doors open at 12:30 pm. Please arrive early to give yourself time to set up your space, enjoy some hot tea and community time, and settle in. Wear comfortable and cozy layers and don’t forget to bring fuzzy socks! The studio has a limited number of mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets. If you have your own mat and props PLEASE BRING THEM WITH YOU!! If you show up with a sleeping bag there won’t be any judgement, sorry we don’t have room for an air mattress

In this three week series we will be slowing down our breath and movement in order to build fundamental core strength. Using a specific sequence of exercises, learn correct core engagement and begin to let go of pain held in the lower back and judgements on the belly. This gentle yet strengthing class is ideal those who tends to have lower back tightness, and limited core engagement, including postpartum women.
The Challenge- it is said that it takes 21 days to create a habit. All movements and concepts we learn in the first class will be a part of the daily challenge. There is “home work” to be done every day to build strength & see results in less pain. We meet once a week for accountability, in addition to a daily check-in through a free app where you connect with other students within the series.
This workshop is limited to 10 participants. Investment: $60/$45 members
