Callie has been practicing yoga for over seven years after being introduced to it during massage therapy school as tool for self care. Not only does yoga make her feel extra stretchy, but strong both physically and mentally. She loves to try a new posture, and continually work on it and experience the pose progression over time, until one day she achieves that goal.  It is such an amazing feeling! Laying in Savasana at the end of class is also one of her favorite poses! Her Mastadore, Kip, also enjoys practicing yoga with her! 

Callie completed her RYT-200 training through The Awaken Warrior Yoga Teacher Training in December 2019. She wants to help others find inner peace and meet their goals, whether that’s trying yoga for the very first time or a posture you’ve been working towards! Her classes are powerful yet relaxing and she wants you to leave feeling like your body did its best work and a mind that’s at ease.

When Callie isn’t working as a massage therapist next door at Belle Amie, she enjoys coaching track and field or going on outdoor adventures. 

You can practice with Callie regularly on Wednesday evening and Sunday afternoon.
